CASE STUDY: SOUNDBITES FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL
For the inaugural SoundBites Food & Wine Festival at Newcastle Racecourse, AVANTI was engaged to support vendor outreach and engagement within a compressed planning timeframe.
Vendor participation was critical to the success of the event, both
commercially and from a visitor experience perspective.
AVANTI focused on proactive outreach across the regional hospitality and producer community to build a strong and diverse vendor lineup.
Results included:
- Outreach to more than 300 regional businesses
- Successful contracting of 60 vendors
- Coordination of vendor documentation and compliance requirements
- Acting as liaison between vendors and event organisers
This work ensured strong participation for a first-time event and helped establish SoundBites as a new celebration of regional food and beverage producers.
